Refunds & Cancellation

REFUNDS, LEVIES & OTHER RIGHTS: Refunds or adjustments is made or any additional charges may be levied if Safari with Lala changes its program by adding, altering or deleting activities as deemed necessary by it’s owner in the best and safety interests of its participants. Safari with Lala cannot accept responsibility for any personal item lost or damaged by fire, theft. Safari with Lala may use any pictures or videos taken of the participants during the participating trip. This includes digital images which may be posted on our website and other social media platforms for it’s promotional and marketing activities.

CANCELLATION POLICY: To confirm your seat on the trip a 100% advance payment is required. In the event of a cancellation from your end up to 30 days before our date of departure, you will be eligible to a 30% refund. After the 30 days window has lapsed, no refund will be possible. In the event of a closure of the National Park by the Forest Department, due to Covid-19 or any other reasons an e-wallet credit note will be made available to you for use at a later date for up to the end of the safari season of that year.
